(Special Edition) β Moscow, Gorky Park
ποΈ Date: [20*7*05]
π Location: Gorky Park, starting and finishing at WinBox
π¬ Event Concept
Die Hard (DH) session was not meant to be a full-throttle effort over 22km. The idea, shared by the organizers, was to maintain a strong, consistent pace β saving energy for a short but intense test at the end.
πββοΈ Main Run β 22km Die Hard
Runners were split into three pace groups:
π’ Group 1: 4:00 min/km
π΅ Group 2: 4:30 min/km
π΄ Group 3: 5:00 min/km
Each group covered the 22 km route as a steady aerobic effort β not a race, but a strong long-distance training.
β±οΈ 1KM Sprint Challenge β Post-Run Test
After completing the main session, all participants were invited to run a 1-kilometer segment at their race pace.
π Each runner had a bib number (printed by WinBox), and times were recorded.
π Top 3 fastest runners in this segment received small gifts as recognition!
